Each Road Safety Alliance has the potential to make strong, positive contributions at a regional level advocating for improvements in the four cornerstones of Roads and Roadsides, Speeds, Road Use and Vehicle Safety.
There are currently six Industry Road Safety Alliances operating in the state regions: South West, MidWest, Pilbara, Goldfields-Esperance, Great Eastern Highway and the Kimberley Road Safety Alliance.

The Goldfields/Esperance Industry Road Safety Alliance (GEIRSA) was formed in 2015 to eliminate death and serious injury in the region.
The Great Eastern Highway (GEHRSA) focuses on addressing road safety issues and reduce road trauma along the Great Eastern Highway.
The Pilbara Industry Road Safety Alliance (PIRSA) was formed in 2011 to eliminate death and serious injury
in the region.
The Industry Road Safety Alliance South West addresses industry-related risks between Greater Bunbury, Collie, Boddington and Pinjarra.
The Mid West Alliance (MWIRSA) focuses on safety for all users, local industry groups, with a particular focus on the Heavy Vehicle Industry.
An Alliance in the Kimberley region was established in mid 2017.
